Service Updates

Coronavirus update: We are open for business. Despite best efforts some services may be disrupted.

Asendia is operational and open for business in all our subsidiaries, but are unable to deliver to some destinations where in-country postal and parcel networks have been shut down temporarily or transport routes to the country are not currently available. There are also unavoidable restrictions, delays and surcharges when delivering to several destinations.

Asendia continues to find alternative solutions and to mitigate cost increases where possible, but it is becoming more of a challenge as the situation develops worldwide. We are committed to keeping customers up to date on a daily basis through our Service Updates, and Account Managers are in continuous dialogue with customers that are impacted.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience during this uncertain time. If you have any questions, please contact your Account Manager.
