Your Tasks

 

• 提供企業對企業帳戶服務
• 照顧指定的關鍵客戶並專注於客戶對服務的需求
• 處理客戶的詢問、要求、回饋和投訴,為客戶提供優質的客戶服務
• 充當客戶和內部工作夥伴處理客戶需求的介面
• 準備統計報告與績效總結
• 維持日常營運並實現KPI
• 協調企業客戶的實地考察

• 執行其他指派的職務和項目

 

 

 

Your Profile

 

• 任何學科的文憑或大學畢業生
• 1年以上相關工作經驗,電商物流優先
• 優秀的人際溝通、溝通和傾聽技巧
• 獨立、注重細節、態度積極
• 良好的英語、國語和粵語口語和書寫能力
• 即時上班優先
