• Handle full set of outbound cargo procedures and activities |
• Liaise with different internal departments for transportation arrangement |
• Provide daily operations support to key accounts |
• Prepare operation KPI/Data analysis, reports and presentation for the managers and the senior management |
• Assist the managers to review and streamline business processes, and develop internal control requirements/KPIs |
• Assist the managers in setting up operation procedures and meet the department KPIs for the business projects |
• Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned, business trip to China occasionally |

• High diploma holder or above, preferably major in Supply Chain / Logistics / Transportation Management |
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience |
• Good knowledge in airfreight forwarding or courier business |
• Proactive, strong problem-solving and communication skills |
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese |
• Proficiency in Microsoft application including Word, Excel, Powerpoint |
• Candidate with less work experience will be considered as Operations Officer, immediate available is preferred |
