• Support HR Manager in running of all-rounded Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, staff onboarding and offboarding arrangement, performance management, staff movement and HR related administration. |
• Responsible to recruitment and selection process, and explore effective recruitment channels to attract talents. |
• Maintain HRIS system and update employees database on a timely and accurate basis. |
• Work closely with HR Manager and line managers to provide guidance and advice for handling HR related issues. |
• Review and develop internal practices and processes, ensuring compliance with local legislations and global regulations and policies, and participate in process improvement for quality enhancement. |
• Identify training needs, facilitate learning and development, and evaluate the training effectiveness. |
• Participate in staff engagement projects to enhance the internal communication and enrich the cohesiveness of staff to drive a harmonious and efficient work environment, Prepare HR Metric to propose measures. |
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects when assigned, Immediate available is highly preferred. |
• University graduate with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. |
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance. |
• Proactive learner with positive and can-do attitude. |
• Multi-tasking, well-organized and detail-minded, responsible, flexible, independent, and able to work in fast-paced environment. |
• Sense of business acumen and good team player. |
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. |
• Good command of written and spoken in English, fair in Mandarin. |
• Proficient in MS office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. |
