Sales Support Assistant - limited for 4 months

As subsidiary of the Asendia Group, La Poste International Mail Solution (LPIMS), is looking for a Sales Support Assistant for a temporary period of 4 months (February to end of May). In this position, attached to the Sales and Commercial Manager, you will support the Sales process for the portfolio of LPIMS customers. In this position, you will contribute and be responsible of various tasks to meet the customers’ satisfactions and needs. Agile and pragmatic, many contacts will be in a multicultural environment and in English. Your role will contribute to strengthen the progression of turnover and the compliancy of LPIMS processes. Finally, you contribute to the global LPIMS’s quality approach to increase customers satisfaction and promote our company’s solutions.

Your Tasks

 

• You handle back-office activities to ease sales and operational business: -You contribute to the follow-up of LPIMS customers, i.e. pre-sales, sales support, after-sales, and implementation of necessary corrective measures. -You contribute to the achievement of client outstanding recovery targets, pro forma editions, and guarantee deposit levels of LPIMS customers
• You monitor the compliance of operational processes of LPIMS customers shipments: -Contacts with operational centres to monitor discrepancies. -You contribute to the implementation of actions required for any operational change in due times. -You monitor the compliance of LPIMS customers’ deposits, the general terms of sale and the terms of payments for all the offers used by LPIMS customers.
• You contribute to regular reporting and to the satisfaction of all customers: -You contribute to monthly activity reports to the Sales and Commercial Manager. -With the support of the Customer Service, you monitor that customer flows are processed as soon as possible. -You monitor after sales for LPIMS customers with management of all customer records on the CRM & billing systems (SUGAR and POSTIE) and credit notes edition. - You contribute to the monitoring of customers’ payments and send reminder to recover overdue invoices.

 

 

 

Your Profile

 

• You have a proven experience, 2 to 3 years, in a similar position.
• You are interested in an international cross-border environment.
• You are a customer-oriented, team-spirit and flexible person with the ability to listen and understand actions to implement.
• You have good communication skills and the capability of working with people of various cultures.
• You are fluent in English and French.
• You have a Bachelor (Bac +2/3) in Business Administration, or relevant field.
