Your Tasks

 

• Operational Excellence: Supervise daily logistics activities across key stages (Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3) to ensure efficiency and compliance with SLAs outlined in contracts with key accounts. Promptly address operational issues arising from both local and overseas hubs to minimize disruptions. Provide proactive, actionable recommendations for enhancing processes and achieving operational excellence.
• Key Accounts and Vendors Engagement: Represent the company and its brand with customers, conducting regular review meetings to build strong relationships founded on quality service and sustainable operations. Maintain robust communication channels with key accounts and vendors.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and pinpoint areas for enhancing operations and supply chain efficiency. Monitor financial performance and manage data exchanges related to billing and service penalties
• Internal Collaboration: Assist with billing reports and project implementation for key accounts. Ensure seamless integration and transition of new projects into existing operations.
• Professional Leadership: Demonstrate high levels of responsibility and professionalism. Proactively take on additional responsibilities and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

 

 

 

Your Profile

 

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce logistics, with a proven track record in operations management across core stages (Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3).
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics, freight forwarding, and courier business.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently under pressure.
• Immediate availability preferred.
