1. Provide daily 1st Tie support to in-house users |
2. Provide system administration and technical support to PC users |
3. Provide network administration to all infrastructure components including firewall, switches, routers, FTP & VPN solution |
4. Perform Hardware & Software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting |
5. Handle daily systems maintenance, Backup, system and network control |
6. Assisting with maintaining and supporting the operations of in-house shipping platform |
7. IT asset inventory control and maintenance |
8. Assist to handle any ad-hoc projects upon requests by supervisor |
1. Diploma or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines |
2. 2-3 years relevant experience in IT support operations, Windows Server Administration & server virtualization, System/Network supports and troubleshooting |
3. Familiar with Windows applications and networking |
4. Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese. |
5. Working experience in Postal industry is a definite advantage |
6. Certificate of ITIL is an advantage |
