Your Tasks


• Responsible for regional and industry connection of export e-commerce platform in mainland China, determine the direction of platform and logistics capability through strategic marketing methods, develop logistics solutions that meet market and customer needs
• Promote the landing of internal and external projects and capacity building, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the company's solutions, and achieve business scale growth and market penetration
• Continue to pay attention to the Cross-Border e-commerce latest developments of the industry and competitors in mainland China, deeply understand mainland China market requirement, identify risks and opportunities, propose improvement and optimization suggestions for existing solutions according to the mainland China export e-commerce platform and market requirement, abstract problems and initiate specific projects
• From the perspective of market and competitiveness, responsible for the planning and design of mainland China cross-border B2C export business solutions and logistics products, manage the cost, performance, and service level from the perspective of E2E, and promote the implementation of solutions
• Responsible for the planning and development of logistics products (special line, Express, E-PAQ PLUS/Select Easy), coordinate internal resources, make development and launch plans, and ensure that products are launched on time and with high quality
• Organize and arrange projects according to business recruitment, disassemble logistics costs, sort out and negotiate prices, Responsible for contract negotiation, signing, management, review and update




Your Profile


• Bachelor degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade Management or other Business related disciplines
• More than 7 years of work experience in cross-border e-commerce companies, familiar with cross-border e-commerce, international express delivery, international logistics system, logistics solution or product design and market development experience, have a deep understanding of cross-border logistics E2E process
• Priority given to those with work experience in large logistics companies in mainland China
• With strong data analysis ability, effectively support business decision-making; Have rigorous logical thinking and deep-thinking ability
• Active thinking, good communication and cross-team coordination skills
• Willing to accept frequent business trips between Hong Kong and mainland China
• Have passion, with pioneering, innovative spirit, can work under pressure, like challenging work
