Assistant Account Services Manager
We are looking for a qualified to join our Account Service team in Asendia Hong Kong. In this position, you will assist the manager to build a strong relationship with our customers and assist to manage the team KPI performance to meet the business and customers requirement.

Your Tasks
| Collaborate closely with Sales, Warehouse & Operation and Finance team in day-to-day operations |
| Assist Account Services Manager to monitor team performance, daily coaching to Account Services officer/executive, identify loopholes and modify existing workflows |
| Assist Account Services Manager to work with Headquarter and Regional offices to drive business initiative projects and manage deliverables |
| Maintain and build up relationship with existing key accounts to support business growth |
| Create and manage regular and ad-hoc reports according to business needs |
| Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Account Services manager and Management |

Your Profile
| At least 5 years’ working experience in Customer Service/Account Service field and 2 years’ experience in team management |
| Degree holder in Business Administration, Commerce or related disciplines |
| Good team leader, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and well organized |
| Able to meet tough deadline & withstand pressure |
| Experience in Logistic/E-commerce industry is highly preferred |
