• Prepare the Revenue Summary of the company |
• • Maintain daily accounting duties, including account receivable and payable |
• Liaise with external customers for account receivable settlement |
• Prepare monthly aging reconciliation and issue customers’ statement |
• Responsible to prepare AP, AR, general ledger, and month-end closing. |
• Perform ad hoc duties and assignment as required |

• LCCI Level 3/Higher with School Certificate/DSE |
• 2 to 3 years related experiences will consider as Accounting Officer, logistic industry experience is highly preferred |
• Fresh Grad will also consider. Fresh Grad or less experience will consider as Accounting Assistant |
• Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook |
• Fluent in written and spoken in Cantonese |
• Experience in system implementation (i.e., SAP and MYOB) would be advantageous |
• Immediate available is highly preferred |
