Account Service Executive (Customer Service)
We are looking for a qualified to join our Account Service team in Asendia Hong Kong. In this position, you are required to provide business-to-business account servicing and take care assigned key accounts and keep an eye on customers’ demand for services.

Your Tasks
| Provide business-to-business account servicing and sales support. |
| Take care assigned key accounts and keep an eye on customers’ demand for services. |
| Handle customer enquiries, requirements, feedback and complaints to deliver excellent customer service to customers. |
| Act as the interface for customers and internal working partners in handling customers requirement. |
| Prepare statistical report and performance summaries. |
| Maintain daily operations and achieve the KPI. |
| Coordinate site visit for corporate clients. |

Perform other ad hoc duties and projects when assigned. |
Your Profile
| Diploma holder or university graduate in any discipline. |
| 2 years or above related working experience, e-commerce logistic is preferred. |
| Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills. |
| Independent and detail-oriented with positive attitude. |
| Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese. |
| Immediate available is highly preferable. |
