**Asendia现在是亚洲电商技术的领导者Anchanto的主要少数股东之一。这项重大投资是Asendia发展战略的关键一步，旨在建立我们在物流和数字电商领域的全球领先地位。**

[**Anchanto**](http://www.anchanto.com/)是亚太地区多渠道电子商务解决方案的市场领导者，通过创新和智能的SaaS平台，为各种规模的企业提供后端电子商务运营服务。 Anchanto拥有100多名员工，业务遍及14个国家，在马来西亚、印尼、菲律宾、印度、泰国和澳大利亚设有办事处，总部位于新加坡。

Anchanto成立于2011年，其客户群目前已超过7000家亚太区企业。 Anchanto的目标是将他们的业务扩展到欧洲和美国，这也促使了我们建立合作伙伴的关系。

通过此次投资，Asendia集团进一步巩固了国际电子商务解决方案领导者的地位。除此之外，Asendia已是欧洲电子商务解决方案eShopWorld的大股东。

Asendia集团首席执行官Marc Pontet在谈到此次投资时表示：“Asendia会继续沿着跨境电商价值链，支持创新技术公司的成长，共同促进全球品牌的发展。我们对与Anchanto的进一步合作寄予厚望，期待凭借我们的物流和技术能力，为公司创造更多的增长和协同效应。”
