Jordan – Update on measures to limit the spread of COVID-19

2020-06-16

Jordan Post Company wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that the Jordanian Government has eased the lockdown with effect from 6 June 2020, and public sector workers have been back at work since 26 May. Jordan Post is continuing to take steps to ensure the safety of staff and customers.

The COVID-19 pandemic will continue to have a major impact on operations, and consequently on quality of service for all types of inbound and outbound mail (letter and parcel post).

Jordan Post also requests that designated operators send verification notes electronically to arjaber@jpc.com.jo.

Jordan Post Company wishes to thank all Union member countries and their designated operators for their understanding, and will provide further updates via EmIS.
