Responsible for production of communications materials, news, corporate collateral |
Create and develop materials including videos and visual designs, posters, social media visuals for internal and external communications |
Explore and promote brands, products with social media channels |
Responsible for digital channels optimization and maintenance, such as websites, social media and paid advertising, ensuring the content is correct and up-to-date |
Assist in developing and implementing effective communications strategies |
Facilitate social media content, production and manage different social media platform skilfully |
Interdepartmental collaboration, providing marketing deliverables and design support |
Coordinate on both online and offline marketing activities, design support and brand consistency |
Diploma in Marketing or any equivalent training |
At least 2-years relevant working experience in marketing |
Knowledge about Mainland China IM and online channels – WeChat, Baidu, Youku, etc is an advantage |
Creative thinking, attention to details, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and prioritization |
Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Microsoft Office |
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) |
Occasional overseas travel, including China for organizing event and exhibition is required after COVID19 |
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing & Communications Assistant |
