To conduct business requirement gathering sessions to produce Functional Business Requirement related documentation |
Proactively review and identify potential changes and system improvements for consideration |
Develop and implement IT operation and maintenance work plans according to the requirements of the company |
Responsible for day-to-day IT operations and maintenance of IT systems not limited to eCommerce site and integration system |
Liaise with various departments and understand their business needs and requirements |
Liaise with group IT and vendors to resolve system or technical issues |
To lead and manage the complete process of IT projects, deployments, system changes from preparation, implementation and testing |
Prepare reports, technical documents, implementation plan and user's manual |
Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related disciplines |
At least 5 years of related experience, preferably in E-Commerce or logistic industry |
Knowledge in ERP system, eCommerce system |
Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities |
Experience with Project Proposal / Request for Proposal, Vendor Evaluation and Testing Plan is preferable |
Excellent written and verbal command of English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua |
